Fun Projects Ahead (Please Help)

I have this really fun project that I want to post on here, but I can't do it with my current resources. That's where you come in. Does anyone know of an animation program that isn't gonna cost me an arm and a leg? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I'll give you a hint, but only one: Caramelldansen. =D

Once I finish my Ozzie vs. Fleury comic, I have a few commitments to fulfill. I have an art trade with :iconmizuthemage: and I need to work on :iconjellyso:'s meme. After I finish those, I wanted to get into the holiday spirit. I have a surprise for some of my hockey lovers. I hope you guys like them! I like to think of them as "The Best Christmas Presents Evah!" XD At least, it's what I would want for Christmas. You'll just have to wait to find out what the surprises are. :3

I'm 16 years old and I absolutely love hockey. It's pretty much my entire life at this point; so much so that I want to be a translator for the Detroit Red Wings after I graduate from college. All of the quirky, whacky players are really fun to draw, especially as chibis. I like Nintendo games, Transformers, Sci-Fi, anime, cartoons, and cosplay, too. I'm not just a hockey freak. XD
